38th Annual Spring Home Tour kicks off this month

Riverside Avondale Preservation’s 38th Annual Spring Home Tour will be held April 21 and 22. This year’s lineup of homes includes a variety of architectural styles ranging from a cottage style with a “touch of coastal chic” to a stately Georgian Revival residence. Tickets for the self-guided tour can be purchased for $15 in advance and $20 during the Home Tour weekend. RAP members receive a $2 discount. A speakeasy party, the Bootleggers’ Ball, kicks off the event April 20 at The Garden Club at 7 PM. Tickets are $75 per person, $125 per couple. For more information, visit www.riversideavondale.org.
