Yin+Vin Workshop (Yoga & Wine Tasting)– This workshop is a combination Yin Yoga followed by a Wine Tasting. Yin yoga is a challenging yet relaxing and grounding practice. Poses are held for longer periods of time (3-5 minutes). Bernie’s Wine Stop will be presenting a complimentary wine tasting of a flight of 6 or so boutique wines following the practice, showcasing springtime vinos. Join us for this perfect paring!
