Public hearing scheduled for Commander rezoning
The second of three public hearings for PUD 2013-0342 is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 7, before the Land Use and Zoning (LUZ) Committee. There are other high visibility applications scheduled for the same day, so LUZ Chair Lori Boyer, District 5 Councilman, has also reserved Thursday, Jan. 9, as a backup date. The first hearing, by the Planning Commission, approved the application with conditions. The third hearing, before City Council, is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 14.
