Each year patrons who support Episcopal Children’s Services gather to honor those who have gone above and beyond as children’s advocates. The 9th annual Children’s Champion Awards Gala, held Nov. 6 at EverBank Field Terrace Suite, acknowledged Ortega resident J.F. Bryan, IV (volunteer/philanthropist), Drs. Warner Webb and the late Albert Wilkinson (health care), Avondale resident and former United Way president Connie Hodges (nonprofit), Tony and Angi Boselli/The Boselli Foundation (education) and Wells Fargo (corporate).
