EF Exchange Student Program Seeks Host Families
EF Educational Homestay is looking for loving homes to place teens from various countries for a 3-week summer language program. Students are coming eager to improve their English skills and learn about the American culture and will arrive July 9.
Dates: July 10-29
Student nationalities: French, Spanish, Finnish and Chinese
Students age: 13 to 18 years old, or host an adult leader
Host family requirements: provide a bed in your home, three meals a day for the student, and transportation to a local bus stop.
Earn 45 community service hours for you or your teen. Participate in as many or as few activities as you’d like.
Students go to English classes in the mornings and field trips in the afternoons and are under EF staff supervision from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
What a wonderful opportunity to make friends across cultural lines, and perhaps even affect personal or international futures.
