Historic Life release arrives for newcomers, visitors alike

The Resident Community News Group’s annual Historic Life – Neighbors and Newcomers Guide is now available at hundreds of local businesses in the historic districts and select newsstand locations.

The 100-page guide, which made its debut August 1, takes an in-depth look at each of the seven neighborhoods served by the local community newspaper group.

For new arrivals to the area, Historic Life is a priceless look into public services, schools, houses of worship, entertainment venues, hospitals, sports leagues – not to mention – great dining options and countless businesses that provide outstanding products and services to locals.

Visitors will also learn from helpful information during their trip to sunny Northeast Florida, specifically in regard relocation information. With top real estate professionals making their mark, local hot spots highlighted and the mention of nearby day trips, our city’s top neighborhoods are full of interesting sights and outstanding assets to consider during a visit.

Historic Life also takes a brief look at our community’s rich history in its Flashbacks section, as well as future developments and progress in a section titled On the Brink.

Look for a copy at many of the retail businesses and restaurants who support The Resident or read the entire virtual edition here: Historic Life. We hope you get your feet wet, not by wading in the river (although it is also encouraged), but by digging further into all that our area has to offer with this informative annual guide.
