Nearly 1,000 people supported The Women’s Board of Wolfson Children’s Hospital black-tie opening night party gala, “Paris in Full Bloom,” at the Prime Osbourne Center Dec. 6-8. The three-day event included a French flower market, and a full shopping experience with jewelry, collectibles, furniture and art. Jim, Phoebe, and Andrew Howard, owners of Mrs. Howard, an interior design firm in Avondale, gave a talk about producing an internationally known brand of merchandise. As a finale to the weekend, current and former patients of Wolfson Children’s Hospital staged a fashion show to raise funds for the neonatal intensive care unit at Wolfson, said Katherine Forrester, president of The Women’s Board of Wolfson Children’s Hospital.
