Exploration of Sivananda Style Hatha Yoga– Join Yoga Instructors Dori Thomsen & Elizabeth Henrichsen, fresh from their Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Course in India with Aarsha Yoga Vidya Peetham, for a introduction to Sivananda inspired Hatha Yoga. In this class you will be led through a practice of Yoga Poses & Yogic Breathing techniques. You will feel relaxed, rested and rejuvenated at the end of the class.
