Ortega Forest will hold its second luminaria event, with block parties,
decorated bicycles and golf carts. Luminaria kits will be sold Saturday, Dec. 16, noon to 5 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 17, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at John Stockton Elementary School, 4827 Carlisle Rd., while supplies last.
