The topic of this year’s conference is Positive Guidance, presented by keynote speaker Nicole Mercer. Due to a grant from the Community Foundation, the Chartrand Foundation and support from CSX, this conference is free.
Nicole Mercer, a Conscious Discipline certified instructor since 2009, has over 15 years of experience incorporating these techniques into her curriculum while educating early childhood and elementary aged children. Mercer has an M.S. in Child Development from Florida State University. She was also an instructor for the “Mind in the Making” course at Tallahassee Community College.
