Summer Friends & Family Day

While learning about the educational opportunities available to Jacksonville-area students at Virginia College, attendees are also invited to enjoy several activities for all ages and learn summer safety tips from local firefighters. This event is free and open to the public. Various planned activities will provide fun for the whole family including games, face painting, a bounce house and free summer treats including lemonade, popcorn, cotton candy, and sno-cones. Local firefighters will also be at the event giving summer safety tips to guests. Attendees will also be able to tour the campus, see demonstrations in all functional areas and receive information about programs offered.
