Mommy & Me Yoga– Newborn to toddlers, ages 3-24 months. These classes are a fun way to reconnect with your body while enjoying time with your baby. It’s a great way to take part in an understanding community of other new moms, too. Soluna Yoga+Spa provides a nourishing and safe environment for Mother and baby to play.  Bring your own yoga mat.
