Yin Yoga & Wine Tasting

Our popular seasonal Yin+Vin workshop is a combination Yin Yoga followed by a Wine Tasting. Yin Yoga consists of a practice with longer holds, good for all levels and is a wonderful way to wind up your weekend!
Bernie’s Wine Stop will be presenting a complimentary wine tasting of a flight of 6 or so boutique wines following the practice, showcasing summertime vinos.
