This program is for children birth to 5 years with an adult caregiver. The program includes stories, books, fingerplays, nursery rhymes, and songs that promote language development, vocabulary building, and comprehension.
All programs are free and open to the public.

Join the Museum every Tuesday and Thursday for a guided tour of the historic Cummer Gardens, beginning in the Museum lobby.
Representatives from Amazon to the Zoo will be at Robert E Lee High School to answer questions about college, careers, vocational training programs, and military options.
The Fair is open to the public from 11:00a-12:00p.

Beginning Thursday, January 10th, join us every Tuesday and Thursday at 11:30 a.m. for a fast-paced 30-minute walk in downtown Jacksonville, led by Friends of Hemming Park staff. We will meet near the “Opposing Forces” sculpture in Hemming Park at the corner of Monroe and Laura Streets. The City of Jacksonville, in partnership with the Florida Forest Service and Green Infrastructure Center, will host a seminar to introduce the upcoming grant to study the urban tree canopy’s effect on stormwater and water quality in the City.
The club’s first book will be a debut novel by Hank Green called An Absolutely Remarkable Thing.
This is a fast-paced, suspenseful novel with some great relevant themes to discuss such as the power of rhetoric, fame, fear and social media. All are welcome!
Lee Weaver, a St. Augustine based author and
performer will present his one-man show.
The two hour presentation, with a 15 minute intermission,
where wine, beer and hors d’oeuvres will be served. The
performance is provided free of charge by the generosity of the
Dr. Larry and Kathy Kanter Fund for Jewish Preservation and
the St. Augustine Jewish Historical Society
