This program is for children birth to 5 years with an adult caregiver. The program includes stories, books, fingerplays, nursery rhymes, and songs that promote language development, vocabulary building, and comprehension.
One-on-one assistance with downloadable media, email, the Internet, online applications, and basic technology instruction. For downloadable media support, please bring your charged laptop or mobile device. Times and locations vary. This is an ongoing class that meets every Friday for all artists levels. The class will focus on pastels, materials and techniques.
Students will work from a live model and still life setups on a rotating basis using various types of soft pastels and supports. Check our website for the recommended supply list.

Returning this year is the FREE family favorite Concert in the Park event! Join the San Marco Preservation Society on Friday, November 4 at Fletcher Park from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. to enjoy an al fresco evening and the musical stylings of San Marco local Grant Nielson and headliner Hello Celia.

For this event, the SMPS is partnering with Town Hall Restaurant to offer full meals and curated picnic packages for pre-order, with a 10% discount on all pre-orders.
- You may pre-order from Town Hall up to one week before the event (beginning 10/28) on the Town Hall Online Ordering page. Use code “CONCERT2022” at checkout to enjoy a 10% discount on your order!
- IF YOU WOULD LIKE COMPLIMENTARY DELIVERY TO THE CONCERT:
- Pre-order cut-off: All concert orders must be placed before noon on Thursday, Nov. 3.
- When placing your order, select the “Pick-Up” option and select “Friday, November 4 at 4:00pm” as your pickup time. In the Checkout section, be sure to include the comment that your order is for the SMPS CONCERT and you would like them to deliver. Town Hall will be at Fletcher Park by 5:30pm with all orders that have been purchased with this note and day/time.
- NOTE: If you select the online “Delivery” option, your order will be handled by DoorDash and there will be a $4.99 delivery fee. Do not select this option if you want the restaurant to deliver to you directly at the concert at 5:30pm!
- Pre-order cut-off: All concert orders must be placed before noon on Thursday, Nov. 3.
- IF YOU PREFER TO PICK UP YOUR OWN ORDER the night of the concert, you may do so, just make the notation that you will be picking it up yourself (versus having Town Hall deliver it to the concert).

A Program of Riverside Avondale Preservation (RAP) the Riverside Arts Market celebrates the arts and our Northeast Florida community. The weekly market features live music, food, art, fresh produce under the canopy of the Fuller Warren Bridge. MOCA invites you to celebrate with the museum and their community partners for a day of free family fun. Enjoy access to MOCA exhibitions, a line-up of kid-friendly activities from community partners, art making, food specials, and membership discounts. Museum access is free all day. Activities will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Through sponsorship from VyStar Credit Union, members of the community will have greater access to MOCA Jacksonville through VyStar Free Saturdays, which gives free admission into MOCA every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
$10 covers your yoga class and 1 pint of beer, Kombucha, or sparkling water, the pint following the 1 hr All Levels Yoga practice. These Postures+Pints Sunday classes supports local small businesses, charities, and the community and participants have a lot of fun doing it.
