In our ever polarizing society, many of us find it difficult to connect with persons and groups outside of our own communities. In our “Deep Discussions: I am Not Your Asian Stereotype” program, we will focus on learning more about the unique experiences shared within the Asian community. We will view and discuss the ideas expressed in Canwen Xu’s Ted Talk and try and dispel some of the more common myths and stereotypes faced by people of Asian descent.

All programs are free and open to the public.
