Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist Dany Hajjar, MD, has joined the clinical leadership team at Riverside Post Acute.
Board-certified in internal medicine, Hajjar brings more than 20 years of experience in acute and post-acute care to this new role. His specialty – PM&R – focuses on restoring health and function through an integrated treatment plan that includes pain management and physical therapy.
“Dr. Hajjar is highly regarded in the region for his PM&R expertise and compassionate, patient-centered care,” said Pam Montemurno, regional director of market development at Marquis Health Consulting Services, which supports Riverside Post Acute. “He is working closely with Riverside’s leadership and the interdisciplinary teams guiding its specialty clinical programs.”
Hajjar is fluent in English, French and Arabic. He serves as a hospitalist at Baptist Health. He is also president of Hajjar Medical P.A.
