Art Festival Celebrates 25 Years
The San Marco Art Festival was held in Balis Park on Saturday, Nov. 25, in celebration of its 25th year. Despite a rain-out for Sunday, festivalgoers still got to enjoy a packed San Marco Square and a special visit from Santa on Saturday. Art selections for the festival included paintings, sculpture, woodwork, glasswork and handmade jewelry by 32 local and regional Florida artists. Rula Carr and Reet Bilanchone were the gallery owner and director, respectively, and George Foote served as an advisor for the festival.
