Fishweir Elementary School was one of more than 20 school groups that traveled to Washington, D.C. the last week of June for its annual safety patrol trip. Patrollers, teachers and chaperones spent three days touring the nation’s capital and exploring some of its most iconic buildings, museums and monuments before wrapping up the trip with a day at Busch Gardens Williamsburg.
