The Jax Harmony Chorus, a Sweet Adelines group, rehearses every Tuesday at 7 p.m. Open houses are held every 4th Tuesday but you are welcome any time! As a member of the chorus, you will belong to a worldwide family of friends who value the joy of singing chord-ringing, fun-filled harmony.
Misinformation abounds about what you should or should not be eating to prevent cancer or to stop it from recurring. We will set the record straight, sharing the latest scientific research and discussing practical ways to incorporate cancer-reducing eating habits into your lifestyle.
Come prepared to cook! Participants will make several cancer-starving recipes. At the end of each class, we will gather around the table and enjoy eating the fruits of our labor while having an opportunity to ask questions of the instructors.

Jaxsons Night Market is a local, downtown market held every third Thursday of the month in Hemming Park from 5:30 – 9 p.m. This free event for Jaxsons by Jaxsons, showcases what makes our community unique including local makers, food artisans, fashion vendors, food trucks, craft beer, live music, live demos and more!

Experience the Cummer Museum through the eyes of Ninah Cummer. Multi-faceted artist/educator Barbara Colaciello brings Ninah to life as she shares how Ninah curated her collection and her vision for the future. There will be seated stops in specific galleries where you can gaze at the art purchased by Ninah and learn more about what inspired her to purchase particular works of art. After the tour, enjoy cheese, beer, and wine in the Uible Loggia.

This program is for children birth to 5 years with an adult caregiver. The program includes stories, books, fingerplays, nursery rhymes, and songs that promote language development, vocabulary building, and comprehension.

This is an ongoing class that meets every Friday for all artists levels. The class will focus on pastels, materials and techniques.
Students will work from a live model and still life setups on a rotating basis using various types of soft pastels and supports. Check our website for the recommended supply list.
