The Metropolitan Park Revitalization design team shares three conceptual designs — the Tailgate Plaza, the Weave and the Quilt at a June 25 open house.

The design team behind the Metropolitan Park Revitalization project has launched an online survey to gather community feedback on a trio of conceptual designs it shared at a June 25 open house.

Denver-based Civitas Inc., the lead firm on the design team, is seeking feedback on various aspects of its three designs — The Tailgate Plaza, The Quilt and The Weave — including access, connectivity, recreation, riverwalk experience and more. The survey will remain open through July 16. Civitas Principal Scott Jordan said the feedback collected from the open house and the survey will help lead to a single, refined design concept that will be presented at a third open house later this fall.

“It really gives us the feedback we need to evolve a design that’s authentic to Jacksonville and the residents and the community members that live near or will use the park,” he said.
