Conceptual Approval Granted for Baptist Hotel, Fleet Landing

The Downtown Development Review Board has granted conceptual approval for a pair of projects planned for the North- and Southbanks. 

At its March 12 meeting, DDRB greenlit the conceptual plans for a new Southbank hotel by Baptist Health, which will combine boutique hotel and extended-stay experiences, along with Fleet Landing’s plans for a housing development for the elderly in the Brooklyn neighborhood.
