With its Prudential Drive administrative headquarters back on the market, Duval County Public Schools (DCPS) has issued an open call for offers on the Southbank property.

Interested parties will have until April 1 to submit offers to Trinity Commercial Group.

DCPS stated it is exploring relocation options that would lower the $512,624 it spends each year to maintain its current facility while improving operational efficiency and enhancing collaboration among staff.

This re-listing follows the termination of the contract with Chase Properties in February.
