San Marco concluded its year-long 100th-anniversary festivities with the Centennial Awards Celebration at Preservation Hall on Thursday, Dec. 6.

It was standing room only in the historic church, nestled in the heart of Fletcher Park, as the community gathered to recognize its historic families – Acosta, Davin, Stockton and Whatley – and celebrated notable residents, businesses and projects that have shaped the neighborhood over the last 100 years into the beloved community it is today.

Resident News Publisher Seth Williams, along with the Resident Community News Group, was among the people recognized as community trailblazers.
