Guests returned once more to the Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center on Thursday, April 9, for an afternoon of delicious food and heartfelt generosity for the 40th annual Celebrity Chefs Tasting Luncheon and Silent Auction.

Hosted by the Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary, this signature fundraising event helps fulfill the philanthropic wishes of the Salvation Army of Northeast Florida by inviting guests to sample recipes prepared by local celebrities and bid on myriad items in its silent auction, featuring a robust inventory from more than 100 contributors.

This year, the Resident’s own Seth and Pamela Williams were among the celebrity chefs participating in the event, alongside Anthony Austin, Garret Bedenbaugh, Majors Keath and Candice Biggers, Kevin Boone, Darren Dailey, Mary Daniel, R. Ward Lariscy, Melanie Lawson and Greg McGarity.

News4Jax anchor and reporter Melanie Lawson was named the 2026 Celebrity Chefs People’s Choice Award winner.
