The Florida Ballet Gala brought Monaco to the First Coast with this year’s theme, “Bet on the Ballet.”

Held at The Florida Ballet on Saturday, March 29, the evening included a cocktail reception and special performance by the ballet, followed by an evening of blackjack, roulette and more.

Proceeds from the gala go directly back into the ballet company and school to help fund a variety of programming and initiatives, including its world-class, professional productions, scholarships and reduced-price classes, community education and outreach programs and facility improvements.

The Florida Ballet Company has served as a pillar for the Jacksonville arts community since its founding in 1978.
